I offer a full refund or exchange for the purchase price of the item less any shipping charges and processing fees within 7 days of purchase for items purchased at my studio, by email, off Instagram, or online at stephanieellisjewelry.com. All items must be new, unworn, undamaged, and returned in the original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping and insurance.
CUSTOM, MODIFIED, OR MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS:
I do not accept returns or exchanges on custom, resized, modified, or made-to-order items.
CUSTOM SOURCED DIAMONDS AND GEMSTONES:
Custom sourced diamonds and gemstones that have been approved and paid for are not available for return or exchange.
